Shipping policy

Order Processing & Shipping Time

  • Orders are processed in 2-5 business days and shipped directly from our supplier’s warehouse.
  • Estimated delivery time: 10-20 business days, depending on the supplier’s location.

Tracking Information

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
  • Tracking updates may take 3-5 days to appear in the system.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at kbkrumbs@gmail.com, and we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

Multiple Shipments

  • If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages due to different supplier warehouses.

Return & Refund Policy Summary

  • 30-Day Return Policy: You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags, and proof of purchase.
  • How to Return: Contact kbkrumbs@gmail.com to start a return. Approved returns receive a shipping label and instructions. Returns sent without approval won’t be accepted.
  • Damaged/Incorrect Items: Inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods, custom or personalized items, beauty products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, sale items, and gift cards.
  • Exchanges: Return the item first; once accepted, place a new order.
  • EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: EU customers can return items within 14 days for any reason, following the same condition requirements.
  • Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method. Contact us if it is not received within 15 business days after approval.
